Refine and Exfoliate:

Smooth those hard, dry bits of skin that build up over the winter months, before or after your bath or shower. Aim to buff your feet twice a month to help prevent hard skin build up. By adding in a foot scrub once a week it helps keep dry skin at bay and smooth any rough edges. Keep nails short and tidy. Use a gentle nail file to soften the edges slightly and buff out any ridges or uneven surfaces. Use a cuticle remover to soften the dead skin and gently wipe away with a cuticle tool.

Moisturise, moisturise, moisturise!

The regular use of a nourishing hand and foot cream will make a huge difference to the appearance of your skin texture and dryness. In summer, your feet dry out quickly so it’s best to use a specific foot cream to avoid cracked heels. Apply cuticle oil whenever you remember to keep them soft and add extra shine to the nail.
